A two-story building, with the feel of an outdoor market, has several kitchens, food preparation, storage and display areas for a diverse group of vendors. The facility also includes space for a teaching lab with functional cooking appliances.

A building addition for a new daycare wing (approx 27,000 SF) and remodeling of the existing building (approx 57,000 SF).
