All Saints Healthcare, Racine, WI
A 161,000 sf facility with a new entrance for the hospital’s heart program, offers proximity to diagnostics imaging and Med-Flight. The design addresses telecommunications needs, infection control and indoor air quality issues. Arnold & O’Sheridan designed a custom air handling system.
Recreation and Wellness Center, UW–Oshkosh
Oshkosh, WI
A 101,00 sf facility dedicated to recreation, wellness and intramural programs for students, includes a media center, cardio-weight center, multipurpose athletic court, gym, locker rooms, golf/hunting simulators, wellness/fitness assessment area, outdoor recreation center and offices. The building is being constructed to LEED standards. When completed, the UW Oshkosh Recreation and Wellness Building will be the best facility of its type in the UW System.
