Klotsche Center/Pavilion, UW-Milwaukee
Milwaukee, WI
A 134,700 GSF addition to the existing Klotsche Center for Physical Education, including space for instruction, training, intramural, recreation and intercollegiate athletic sports. Also included are facilities for the new Physical Therapy program, expanded and consolidated facilities for the Sports Medicine program, and replacement support space for the intercollegiate athletics programs. In the existing facility, approximately 10,200 ASF were remodeled to meet changing programmatic needs.
Student Center,UW-River Falls
River Falls, WI
A 77,000 sf student union designed to focus on the educational, cultural, social and recreational missions of the campus. The student union houses a campus store, 14 meeting rooms, lounges, a recreation activity center, outdoor recreation center, student services, food service area, a great room and ballroom. The design and construction incorporates all of the LEED-TM principles of green building design, and the facility will consume 40% less energy than other similar student centers in the upper Midwest.
Alverno College, Milwaukee, WI
This project involves the beautification of the campus and surrounding neighborhood. The project includes a 520 space parking ramp that reduces existing surface parking and reclaims areas on the campus for gardens, green space, and NCAA soccer and softball fields. In addition, a campus circle is being planned as the main entrance to the college.
