Nolen Shores Condominiums, Madison, WI

A 147, 000 sf, 58-unit condominium project on the Lake Monona shore in Madison, with views of the State Capitol. A green roof on top of the parking deck provides additional outdoor space and captures stormwater runoff.

Downtown Hilton Hotel & Water Park, Milwaukee, WI

A 15-story, 175-room addition which houses the region’s first themed, urban indoor water park in 3-story open space, at the base of the addition. Design includes finite element modeling of cantilevered foundation walls off the top of drilled piers, which were optimized for embedment depth.

875 East Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI

A 200,000 sf Class A office building in the heart of downtown Milwaukee features a contemporary design, yet complementing the surrounding cityscape.

Acuity Insurance, Sheboygan, WI

A corporate headquarters 262,000 sf expansion and 19,500 sf renovation features high-end amenities, imported woodwork and flooring, unique water wall in main reception area, and corporate dining facilities.

Monona Terrace, Madison, WI

The five-level, 250,000 sf convention facility is inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s design.

rooftop garden, and offering direct access to
downtown Madison via a pedestrian bridge
• Lakeside terrace projects 90 feet into Lake
Monona with panoramic views, and a
bicycle/walking path that extends along

1522 on the Lake, Milwaukee, WI

An 18-story, 93-unit, 238,650 sf condominium tower on the shores of Lake Michigan in Downtown Milwaukee. The landscaped terrace provides private exterior space to all residents, with private courtyards adjoining some units and all with balconies. The building includes four penthouses and terraces topped with distinctive metal work, a below-grade parking structure, fitness and community rooms, and a plaza deck overlooking the lakefront.
