A 147, 000 sf, 58-unit condominium project on the Lake Monona shore in Madison, with views of the State Capitol. A green roof on top of the parking deck provides additional outdoor space and captures stormwater runoff.
Downtown Hilton Hotel & Water Park, Milwaukee, WI
A 15-story, 175-room addition which houses the region’s first themed, urban indoor water park in 3-story open space, at the base of the addition. Design includes finite element modeling of cantilevered foundation walls off the top of drilled piers, which were optimized for embedment depth.
875 East Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI
A 200,000 sf Class A office building in the heart of downtown Milwaukee features a contemporary design, yet complementing the surrounding cityscape.

An 18-story, 93-unit, 238,650 sf condominium tower on the shores of Lake Michigan in Downtown Milwaukee. The landscaped terrace provides private exterior space to all residents, with private courtyards adjoining some units and all with balconies. The building includes four penthouses and terraces topped with distinctive metal work, a below-grade parking structure, fitness and community rooms, and a plaza deck overlooking the lakefront.
