Downtown receives sales boost due to increased parking

This new seven-level parking structure which serves the downtown business in Green Bay, Wisconsin, was completed in August 2005. The ramp was designed for 801 cars, a drive-thru bank, and approximately 15,400 square feet of commercial/retail space to be developed at a later date. The structure is precast concrete with exterior column and panels having a variety of concrete and integral brick finishes. All stairs and elevators are on the exterior walls and have full curtain wall glazing for maximum visibility.
